Families are invited to the fifth annual Marlborough Science Fair this Saturday where visitors have the opportunity to drive the world’s fastest car.
As part of the event, organised by St John’s Academy, the Bloodhound Driving Experience simulator will be on site and will give a flavour of what it’s like to drive at 1,000mph.
It’s part of National Science & Engineering Week and is expected to attract more than 2,000 visitors.
There’s no entry fee, but some experiences will involve a charge.
The event runs from 11am to 3pm and details can be found at http://bit.ly/1fVJECP
