Derry Hill care home manager Carol Grainger won recognition for her dedication and hard work at an awards ceremony held at The Oval in London on March 25.
Carol Grainger is the manager at Kingston House, Lansdowne Crescent, which is part of the Greensleeves Homes Trust and has 46 bedrooms onsite.
She won manager of the year at the ceremony, which is organised by Greensleeves Homes Trust every year to highlight the good work of employees.
Jennifer Dudley, who was on the judging panel, said: “Carol Grainger is a well worthy winner and this award highlights the dedication and hard work put in.”
Ms Grainger said: “I am delighted that our home has been recognised for the fantastic work we do.”
