Families hopped over to Sherston on Saturday in search of chocolate as part of an Easter egg hunt.
Youngsters spent Saturday lunchtime searching for chocolate eggs and bunnies, the latter of which had been donated by the Post Office, with one child leaving with seven Easter eggs.
The event was organised by Lucy Lawrance in support of Dementia UK and raised £75 for the charity, on behalf of two family members who suffer with the condition.
Mrs Lawrance said: “Martin Rea (a parish councillor) wanted to hold an Easter egg hunt and he asked if I could do it. We have got a family connection to dementia, so it’s close to my heart.“
Her daughters Robyn, 26, and Emily, 25, have raised £800 for the charity from a walk they plan to do in May.
