Community groups are getting ready to help celebrate Malmesbury Youth Football Club’s 25th anniversary this month.
Numerous groups, including the Guides, the tennis club, Malmesbury Marlins and Athelstan Players, will be taking part in the fundraiser on May 17.
Organiser Steve Coleman said: “The event is to highlight the wide and diverse range of groups and clubs on offer to children, adults and families in our wonderful town, many of which are run by volunteers.
“Lots of these organisations rely on their members and fundraising events and we are hopeful that this community day will benefit all involved.”
A raffle has also been organised with prizes including a night stay for two at the Old Bell Hotel and three months’ membership to Westonbirt Sports Centre.
Profits will go towards the running costs of the event and donations to groups. The event is at The Red Bull football pitches from 11am-3pm.
