ROYAL Wootton Bassett Theatre celebrated its move from its venue in the High Street to its new premises in The Angel Hotel over the weekend.
A grand opening on Saturday saw two special performances of the musical Spring Awakening by the Young Actors Company.
As well as a performance, guests also enjoyed a lunch or dinner in the Angel, and had a chance to meet the Wootton Bassett Theatre artistic team before and after the show.
Despite moving premises, the theatre promises to maintain its resident professional companies Too Close For Comfort, and Whoopee Doo Productions, the Young Actors Company and the successful Youth Theatre teaching programme.
The theatre will also continue to welcome other professional artists and touring productions.
