A 50-year-old woman had to be freed from her car after it was in collision with a pick-up truck on the A345 between Rushall and Upavon yesterday.
The red Subaru she was driving collided with a green Mitsubishi pick-up truck at about 6.15pm and the road was closed while emergency services were at the scene.
The woman, who suffered head injuries, was taken to Salisbury District Hospital by ambulance and a passenger of one of the vehicles was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
The road was reopened at 9.30pm.
