A 43-YEAR-OLD man accused of wounding a woman with intent to cause her grievous bodily harm and assaulting a 12-year-old girl, denied both offences when he appeared before Gloucester Crown Court.
Philip Collings, formerly of Stroud but now of Roseberry Street, Swindon, denied wounding the woman on October 2, 2009 and committing the common assault on the girl on the same day.
He was bailed to await trial on September 8.
