An exhibition was hosted over three sunny weeks in June by Ruth and Andrew Doman in their stunning gardens at West Lavington Manor by the Friends of the Garden volunteers.
Entitled Celebrating Life in the Garden, it featured works of contemporary sculptors aimed at giving visitors the chance to see the art and the garden in different ways.
Visitors were served with homemade cakes, quiches, sandwiches and cream teas by members and friends of the West Lavington Youth Club and the Mothers’ Union.
Young members of the youth club were also proud to see colourful printed silk banners created by them adorning the entrance to the gardens.
More than £3,000 raised from the sale of refreshments will go to the youth club to help fund running costs.
