A TEENAGE girl who is accused of stealing tobacco during a burglary has been released on bail by a judge.
Danielle Holmes is also said to have been in possession of cannabis a week after the alleged theft.
The 18-year-old and co-defendant Samuel Johnston, 21, are accused of burglary at a flat in Milton Road on Thursday, May 29.
No charges were put to the pair during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court and they did not enter any pleas.
Holmes, of no fixed abode, was released on bail and the case was adjourned until Friday, September 12.
Johnston, of Middleaze Drive, was to have appeared by video link from Bullingdon Prison but could not because of technical problems and he was remanded in custody.
