A TEENAGER who is accused of sexually assaulting a woman has been released on bail by a judge.

Jeremy Van Der Sanden is said to have committed the alleged offence on Thursday, December 5 last year. No charge was formally put to the 19-year-old, and he did not enter a plea during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court.

Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Friday, October 3, and released Van Der Sanden, of Downs View Road, Broome Manor, on bail.
