SIX people who are accused of conspiracy to supply heroin and cocaine in Swindon have been released on bail by a judge.
The defendants, three from Swindon and three from Birmingham, are said to have been involved in the trade in drugs between May and November last year.
No charges were formally put to the defendants and they did not enter any pleas during a brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court.
The three defendants from Swindon are Farid Ali, 38, of Culvery Court, in the town centre, and Christina Morgan, 22, and Jason Smith, 28, who live together in Union Street, Old Town.
The other three are Nattisha Bailey, 31, Kemiah Fox, 29, and 38-year-old Paul Smith, who are all from Birmingham.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to September 12 and released them all on conditional bail.
