A MAN accused of sexually touching a 13-year-old boy will face trial by judge and jury next year.
He is also accused of causing a child to look at images of a person engaging in sexual activity.
Pascoal D’Souza, 38, of Graham Street, pleaded not guilty to the two allegations when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
It is alleged the offences took place on consecutive days in mid November last year.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Monday, January 12 and released D’Souza on conditional bail until then.
