An investigation is still ongoing into why a mini train ride at Longleat Adventure Park tipped over, injuring three people.

One woman suffered a broken leg in the incident, which happened at 3.45pm on Wednesday, and was taken by air ambulance to the Royal United Hospital in Bath.

Many of the train's 150 passengers rushed to help and right the last two carriages of the nine carriage train which were affected before the emergency services arrive.

The emergency services were called to the Warminster tourist destination. Now the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is looking into why the incident occurred.

A HSE spokesperson said: “All we can say is that we are still looking into the incident and an inspector has visited the site.”

It is thought the investigation could take several weeks.
