A man who is charged with supplying heroin in Staverton has been released on bail by a judge.
Peter Rundle, 42, is also accused of possessing heroin and cocaine with intent to supply on the same day: Wednesday, February 5.
No charges were put to Rundle, of Cottles Barton, after he failed to attend the hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Friday because of travel problems.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Friday, October 10, and extended Rundle's bail until then.
