On the subject of the green garden waste bins, may I make a comment in support of this initiative. I have found it to be a huge improvement on the green bag system. I have a lot of green waste so would have spent quite a sum on bags plus petrol for the excess of bags not collected. For about 75p a week I think that's excellent value. P.S. I am not always so positive towards SBC!
