A 33-year-old man arrested over fears a house in Wiltshire contained explosives has been released on bail.
Bomb disposal experts were sent to the property on Frome Road, Trowbridge, on Friday following a tip off from a member of the public and investigations continued over the weekend.
The man, who lives in Trowbridge, was arrested on suspicion of unlawfully possessing explosives.
"He has been released on police bail pending further inquiries," a Wiltshire Police spokesman said.
"At the address a quantity of inert substances was found and the Explosives Ordnance Department (EOD) are assisting the police in the recovery of these substances."
