A judge has issued a warrant for the arrest of a man who is accused of downloading indecent images of children.
Kevin Fox, 49, was due to appear at Swindon Crown Court on today on charges relating to material allegedly found on his computer.
But when Fox failed to turn up for the hearing Judge Tim Mousley QC issued a warrant without bail for his arrest.
Fox, of Warminster Road, Westbury, pleaded not guilty to making and possessing indecent images of children at an earlier hearing.
