A man has been charged in connection with a fatal collision on the M4 in June in which three people died.
James Vernon Stark, 37, and 35-year-old Steven Sheldon both from Rhondda Cynon Taf and 36-year-old Martin Williams from Trecynon all died in the collision close to junction 17 of the M4 on Monday, June 9.
Yesterday Stephen Parry Jenkins, 38, from Park View Terrace, Abercwmboi, was charged with three counts of causing death by careless driving.
He was released on bail to appear at North West Wiltshire Magistrates' Court, Chippenham, on Thursday, November 13.
