A CYCLIST suffered nose injuries during an incident in Royal Wootton Bassett.
Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses after an alleged assault, which happened at 4.30pm on Tuesday, in Station Road.
A cyclist was involved in an altercation with a man driving a black 4x4 Toyota car, police said, and as a result of the incident, the cyclist suffered injuries to his nose.
Wiltshire Police are keen to hear from anyone who was in Station Road on Tuesday afternoon or who may have witnessed the incident.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Christopher Gotch via 101, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, where information can be left anonymously.
- A 65-year-old man was arrested a short time after the incident on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm. He has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
