Young people planning to take advantage of the ice rink being put up in Pewsey this Saturday are advised to book a session in advance to avoid disappointment.

Between 1pm and 7pm people will be able to enjoy half-an-hour of ice skating in the village as part of the launch day for youth services in Pewsey.

The Vale Butchers will be supplying barbecue food and other local groups will have stalls to promote themselves.

The event will be held outside the Co-op and the 10m by 10m temporary rink will accommodate 24 skaters.

Teenagers get one free session and for all other ages a session costs £3.

Tickets are available in advance from Pewsey Library on February 12 between 4pm and 5pm.
