MORE than six decades after Elvis Presley first walked into Sun Studios in Memphis as a teenage truck driver, the story of The King is being brought to life on stage with The Elvis Years.

The energetic show is a complete theatrical experience, transporting the audience on a musical and emotional journey they will never forget. The Elvis Years recounts the highs and lows of Elvis’s life – from his first legendary Sun session and the death of his mother to his time in the army, the Hollywood years, the ‘68 Comeback Special, and the incomparable Las Vegas concerts.

The concert production of the acclaimed West End musical Jailhouse Rock stars Mario Kombou and his band and is led by legendary producer and musical director David Mackay.

The Elvis Years features more than 50 massive Elvis hits including That’s Alright Mama, Hound Dog, Blue Suede Shoes and Suspicious Minds.

The Elvis Years are All Shook Up on stage at Swindon's Wyvern Theatre on Sunday, May 10, at 7.30pm. Tickets £20.50 on 01793 524481
