PREPARE for thrills, a drop of madness and classic sing-along gems in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Wyvern Theatre next week.

Celebrating 35 years since its first tour, Bill Kenwright’s production of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s much-loved show has garnered sensational reviews since its inception.

The X Factor’s Lloyd Daniels will reprise his role as Joseph after enjoying a successful 2014 UK tour in the lead. Lloyd became the X Factor’s youngest contestant in the 2009 series and reached the final five from 250,000 contestants to perform in front of 10 million television viewers.

Fellow X Factor alumna Amelia Lily will make her musical theatre debut as the Narrator. Amelia, who was mentored by former Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland, finished third in ITV’s the talent show in 2011, the year Little Mix claimed the crown. She went on to have chart success with her debut single You Bring Me Joy, which reached number two.

Matt Lapinskas will also don his Elvis outfit again as he joins the tour once more as the eccentric Pharaoh.

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat will run at the Wyvern Theatre from Tuesday, May 19 to Saturday 23. To book visit swindontheatres.co.uk or call the ticket office on 01793 524 481.
