DEVIZES company Cardwave has donated 500 4GB USB sticks to charity Wiltshire Sight in order for them to provide their clients with more audio content.

Wiltshire Sight, which supports people living with sight loss in Wiltshire and Swindon, also offers an audio service via USB to its users which is an invaluable resource.

Emma Charlton, Cardwave's marketing and communications manager, said: "During a recent visit with Peter Rowe to present his June charity donation, we noticed that the charity offered an audio service via USB to its clients. We had excess stock of USBs, so what better way of making use of them than to offer them to Wiltshire Sight."

Cardwave makes a monthly donation to the charity and the 500 USBs will be used for growing Wiltshire Sight's newsletter and audio library services.

Leanne Hubbard, chief executive of Wiltshire Sight said: "We were delighted with Cardwave’s monthly donation towards our services, but then to get another donation of 500 memory sticks was a welcome bonus."
