BARGAIN hunters won’t be confined to the town’s retail offerings this January, as three of the town’s pubs will also be staging their own January Sales to keep the festive spirit flowing.
Managers at The Savoy in Regent Street, the Sir Daniel Arms in Fleet Street and The Dockle Farmhouse in Bridge End Road, are reducing their prices on a range of drinks from today until Wednesday, January 18.
The range of drinks featured in the sale are real ale Sharp’s Doom Bar, craft beer Shipyard, lager Coors Light, ciders Strongbow Dark Fruit and Magners, red, white and rose Coldwater Creek wines, Gordon’s gin, Smirnoff vodka, Bacardi rum, inclusive of a mixer, soft drinks San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa and Limonata and Monster Energy, Ultra and Ripper, Guinness as well as takeaway Lavazza filter coffee and tea.
Savoy’s manager Liam Stack said: “Department stores and shops hold their sales in January, so it is the perfect time to have a sale in the pub too.
“The range of drinks on sale is aimed at suiting a wide variety of tastes.
“I believe that the January Sale will prove popular with our customers.
“As always, staff at the pub will serve customers responsibly.”
