A ROAD in Hilperton has fallen victim to two burglaries over the space of one day.
A red Wheel Horse sit-on lawn mower was stolen from a garage which had been forced open in Horse Road between 4pm on Monday, February 20 and 8am on Tuesday, February 21 before damage was caused to a wooden cabin in the same garden.
Between 2am and 3am on Tuesday a Yamaha XC 115 delight moped was also stolen from outside a house on the same road.
Police believe the incidents may be linked.
