THREE men robbed a woman in broad daylight in the town centre earlier this month.

Police are hoping to speak to any members of the public who may have been in the Crombey Street area, close to the pedestrian crossing near Morrisons, at around 4.30pm on Tuesday, April 18.

Three men are believed to have grabbed the woman from behind, pulled her to the ground and then stole her bag along with a Samsung tablet and some cash.

They then ran off along Crombey Street towards Commercial Road.

Wiltshire Police have issued descriptions of the men in question and hope it encourages people to come forward.

One man is described as black, of medium build and wearing dark jeans.

The second as white, mid-20s, around 5'7"- 5'8" tall, of medium build with dark brown, short hair and wearing a dark hoody with a new style Adidas logo.

The third is described as white, early-20s, 5'5" -5'6" tall, ginger, spikey, mid-length hair and wearing a red t-shirt with a logo and blue jeans.

The woman suffered a bruise to her head.
