THE Melksham Comic Con will not be staged this year as planned after the organising team announced they have gone their separate ways.
After the hugely successful convention in 2016, the organisers announced they would take a break in 2017 and return in 2018.
The organisers, known as The Brians, said on Facebook the Melksham Comic Con would not be held in 2018 as originally planned after they decided to call it a day.
They said: “It is with some sadness that we announce that Melksham Comic Con will not be returning for 2018 as originally planned.
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your continuous support since 2012; we have had a truly wonderful time bringing our events to you.”
