COURT: A 55-year-old man who drove in Swindon with no insurance has been given six points on his driving licence.

Najaf Ali of Sherbourne Avenue, Bristol, drove along the M4 at Junction 16 on November 25, 2017, with no insurance in a Volkswagen Polo to which no test certificate had been issued. He was also fined £369 and must pay £85 in costs plus £30 to victim services.

COURT: George Dumitrache was disqualified from driving for six months after pleading guilty to several offences.

The 24-year-old, of New Park Street in Devizes, drove along Whitehill Way on January 11, 2018, without insurance or a valid driving licence in a vehicle with no test certificate.

He was fined £555 and must pay £85 in costs plus £33 to victim services.

COURT: Faye Gascoigne has been fined £450 for driving without due care and attention.

The 29-year-old, from Highclere Avenue in Swindon, drove dangerously along the M4 Junction 15 Westbound to Junction 16.

Gascoigne had seven points added to her licence.

She must also pay £85 in costs and £45 to victim services.

COURT: A speeding motorist has been fined £683.

Joseph Ellington of Huntsman Road in Ilford drove along the M4 in the Swindon area towards Junction 15 on April 8 2017 at more than 70mph.

Six points were added to his driving licence.

He must also pay £85 in costs and £68 to victim services.

COURT: Ryan Jones of Allington Road in Penhill has been disqualified from driving for six months for driving without insurance.

The 24-year-old was caught out while driving along Cricklade Road on Christmas Eve 2017.

He was fined £80 and must pay £85 in costs plus £30 to victim services.
