THE old Court Mills site in Trowbridge will be turned into seven town houses after Wiltshire Council gave the plans the green light.
CMPR Developments Ltd successfully applied to convert the Court Mills Youth And Community Centre, in Polebarn Road, into three and four bedroom town houses.
The Grade 2 listed building has been empty for around five years. Along with the houses, there will be parking spaces too. Trowbridge Town Council raised no objections to this in April.
