A LONDON man accused of murdering former soldier Ken Kiley in Swindon will stand trial in January.
Dario Carboni, 24, of Gospatrick Road, Tottenham, appeared at Bristol Crown Court on Monday charged with murder, causing death by dangerous driving and driving whilst disqualified.
It is alleged that Italian national Carboni killed Mr Kiley on Sunday, July 8, following a crash on the junction of Southernwood Drive and Westfield Way.
He was remanded in custody for the trial at Bristol Crown Court on Monday, January 7, 2019.
