A TEENAGER has had 19 graffiti charges against him dropped.
The 13-year-old, of Gorse Hill, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was originally charged with 20 counts after police raided the home where he lives with his mum.
The teenager was thought to be behind the LV tag, which was discovered at his home.
During a hearing at Swindon Youth Court on Monday, the Crown Prosecution Service decided to dismiss 19 of the graffiti charges, which the teenager had denied, because they did not have enough evidence.
The boy pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage, at a previous hearing. He will be sentenced at the court next Monday.
