CCTV plea over serious attack

POLICE today released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with a serious assault in Bradford on Avon.

At 2am on Saturday October 13, a disturbance occurred outside The Station Kebab Shop in St Margaret's Road.

Employees were racially abused and assaulted with one of the victims sustaining a fractured eye socket and other facial injuries.

Another victim was punched and kicked to the head and body by a gang of youths.

As a result of the attack, the owners of the takeaway have since creased trading.

Three of the offenders have been Identified, arrested and Interviewed over their Involvement and are currently on police bail.

The CCTV image is of another youth who was in the shop less than 10 minutes before the disturbance occurred, associating with one of the youths arrested.

His identity is urgently sought and the assistance of the public is now required.
