WESTBURY Scouts are now sitting comfortably thanks to a donation from First Great Western.
This week the rail operator gave the 1st Westbury Scouts some benches as part of its Community Project.
An ongoing initiative, the Community Project supports voluntary organisations and schools in the areas served by First Great Western through donations and charity initiatives.
Westbury scout leader Gareth Morris said: "We have wanted to buy some benches for quite a while, but lacked the funds to do so.
"We're very grateful to First Great Western for this kind donation and the benches have already been put to good use."
The Westbury scout group, made up of more than 80 members between the ages of six and 16, moved into new premises last month, and is continuing to purchase new equipment.
