A THERAPY centre in Warminster has gone mobile with its fundraising campaign after receiving a generous gift.

The Wessex Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre in The Avenue, Warminster, has been given a Kia Picanto car from F J Chalke car dealership in Mere to help them spread their fundraising message across the county.

The manager of the therapy centre, Sally-Anne Booth, said: "We are going to use it to drive around the county and promote and raise awareness.

"We can let people know we are here which is so important because it will make people aware of the therapies that are available."

The centre, which offers therapies and support to people with MS, needs £150,000 in donations each year in order to keep running.

The public have also been offered the chance to win the car at a ceremony in November by paying £1 for a raffle ticket while the car is on tour.
