Elderly Wiltshire woman rescued from flat fire

Comments (0)An elderly woman needed hospital treatment for burns after being rescued from her blazing flat yesterday afternoon.
Firefighters were called to her flat in Highworth after being alerted by an automatic fire alarm at her first floor flat in Downs View at 4.35pm.
She was taken to Great Western Hospital for treatment for her burns. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
