A seventeen year old girl was attacked in the Green Lane / Newman Road area of Devizes in the early hours of Sunday 29th June.
A suspect has been arrested, interviewed and bailed in relation to this offence and enquiries are continuing.
Police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen or heard anything in this location between the hours of midnight and 04:30 hours on this date.
Police are also interested in information regarding a pair of pink and white pyjama bottoms with small 'snoopy' pictures all over them. These are believed to be crucial evidence in relation to this attack.
