The scene of the fire in Hallam Moor, Liden
A Swindon man who died in a fire at his home over the weekend has been named as 47-year-old Colin Ruddock.
Mr Ruddock, who is believed to have lived alone at the property in Hallam Moor, Liden, was found dead by fire and police officers shortly after 10.30am on Saturday.
Fire crews were first called to the scene after a neighbour spotted blackened windows.
Services from Swindon, Stratton and Westlea forced their way into the back of the property.
They found Mr Ruddock in the downstairs living area.
Police have now confirmed they are not treating Mr Ruddock's death as suspicious.
A post mortem is expected to be completed today.
