Pupils at schools in Swindon are to be given lessons on how to deal with depression.
A programme has been assembled by psychologists at Bath University and will be trialled in the form of 10 lessons at the schools.
The scheme uses cognitive behavioural therapy to help prevent young people from developing mental health problems.
It aims to help them develop skills which help promote positive thinking, coping and problem solving.
