Drugs duo get conditional discharges

Two men have been given 18-month conditional discharges for separate drugs offences after appearing at Chippenham Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
Ian Froud, 39, of Dickens Avenue, Corsham, admitted being in possession of class A drugs and has been made to pay £60 court costs.
Martin Penny, 28, of Littlejohn Avenue, Melksham, admitted cultivating cannabis and was made to pay £30 court costs.
