Estranged husband Paul Mitten has been banned from the street where his children live, except for picking up or dropping them off.
He is also banned from using or threatening violence against neighbours in Lansdowne Close, Calne, and engaging in conduct causing or likely to cause a nuisance or annoyance.
His wife, Alexandra Mitten, is forbidden from allowing visitors under the age of 18 to drink alcohol in her home and must not have more than three visitors at any time between 10pm and 8am.
The injunctions against Mr Mitten, 39, and Mrs Mitten, 35, of Lansdowne Close, were made at Swindon County Court on Friday.
The case is the result of a year’s investigation by police and Westlea Housing Association, which owns the house, and follows reports of loud music, drinking, and fights at the property.
The court banned Mr Mitten from entering Lansdowne Close, save for picking up, visiting or dropping off his children beween 7am and 8pm.
Police officers have been given the power to arrest each of them if parts of their injunctions are breached.
Anna Kelly, from Westlea Housing’s anti-social behaviour team, said: “We hope that our action will make it clear to others that anti- social behaviour will not be ignored by Westlea.”
The order will continue until March 2012.
