An exhibition about the new Waitrose store opening in Melksham next week takes place in the town’s Assembly Hall today.
The store will take over Somerfield in Bath Road and is due to open on Thursday.
Visitors will get the chance to speak to Waitrose staff, ask questions and sample some of the products, as well as meet local suppliers who will sell their stock in the shop.
The event takes place between 11am and 2pm.
All Somerfield staff have had the chance to work at Waitrose and the store has confirmed it will create an extra 50 new jobs.
