A judge has put off passing sentence on a woman for being involved in the supply of heroin and cocaine after being told she is unwell.

Donna Skillern, 31, of Silverston Way, Malmesbury, had been warned she could be jailed when she admitted the offences last month.

But Swindon Crown Court was told she was unable to come to the court for sentencing because she was in hospital suffering from pneumonia.

Judge David Ticehurst put off the case to March 25 to allow her time to recover.

Skillern admitted two counts of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs on November 3 last year.

She had initially been charged with possessing the drugs with intent to supply, but had denied those allegations.
