PEOPLE in Swindon are being invited to attend a confidence-building workshop being organised by the University of Bath.

The five day event is being held at St Andrew’s Church Centre in Walcot, between November 22 and 26. The course aims to help participants recognise their strengths, build their personal confidence, raise aspirations and boost their potential through creative arts, drama and music activities. Course director Liz Igoe, who is a trained counsellor and teacher, said: “It’s for anyone who feels a bit stuck in a rut, wants to find a new direction or career or just needs to boost their confidence and self-esteem.

“The course will help people explore who they are and who they could become by using different inspiring and uplifting activities including creative arts, drama, music and personal development.”

Free lunch and drinks will be provided.
