For the second year running the Dyson call centre in Malmesbury has reached the top ten in a list of the top 50 call centres in the UK.

Mystery shoppers who contacted the vacuum cleaner manufacturer placed it eighth for telephone communications, with a score of 90 per cent.

Dyson also achieved second place for its e-mail communications coming top of the retail sector with a score of 93 per cent.

The study was commissioned by Call Centre Focus magazine and involved 18,500 mystery shopping inquiries to more than 50 of leading call centres.
