Life-size cutouts of Prince William and Kate Middleton will greet guests at a royal wedding party in aid of Dorothy House at the end of the month.
The Melksham and Trowbridge Friends of Dorothy House will celebrate the royal wedding in style on April 29, with the ceremony televised on a big screen, followed by lunch and afternoon tea at the Spencer Sports and Social Club, Melksham. The party starts at 10.30am and tickets are £15 from Ann Peirce on 01225 761447 or Brenda Abbott on 01225 700702.
Meanwhile, on April 27 pupils at St George’s Primary School in Semington will celebrate the wedding two days early with a party, with pupils designing and making their own hats, bow ties and fascinators for the occasion.
