Children at Pewsey Primary School were given the day off today after a burst pipe left quite a lot of the school flooded.
Parents learned on local radio this morning that the school was closed for the day because of the damage caused by a burst pipe in the boy's toilets.
A member of staff told the Gazette: "We have had to close because of a burst pipe in the boy's loos and the headteacher Nicola Gilbert says there has been quite a lot of damage.
"At the moment we do not know how long we will be closed and we have plumbers here at the moment fixing the burst pipe."
The spokeswoman added: "We hope to know later today if we can re-open tomorrow."
