SWINDON’S repossessed homes include hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of properties from all parts of the borough.
They include an end-of-terrace building in Wharf Road, Wroughton, and a second-floor flat in Redhouse Way.
Other properties seized in Swindon over the past two years include a flat in Bath Road and a terraced house in Keats Crescent.
The details have been collected by EIG Group Property Auctions, which collects data for buyers and sellers.
Repossessions have hit a two-year high with 16,000 properties seized across the country in the third quarter of 2011.
Almost half were carried out on behalf of mortgage lenders, while 5,140 tenants were evicted for social landlords and 1,627 on behalf of private landlords.
The use of bailiffs also increased, figures released by the Ministry of Justice last month showed.
