Malmesbury Abbey work is set to roll

Preparations are underway to transform Malmesbury’s 12th century Benedictine Abbey into a 21st century skatepark over the school half term next week.
Places are still available for the fourth annual skatepark with roller-bladers and skateboarders also invited to take part.
Young children and families are also welcome, with organisers attempting to encourage a ‘deeper community feel’ this year, with locally-run music, art and dance workshops.
