Missing folder at Bradford on Avon

A black portfolio folder went missing in Bridge Street, Bradford on Avon, at 11pm on Tuesday. Its owner drove off without it and when she returned, it had gone. Anyone with information can call Wiltshire Police on 101 or if found, it can be handed into Bradford on Avon library.
