Pamper night will help raise funds for breast cancer charity

A LADIES Pink Pamper Night is being held tonight.

This month is Cancer Awareness Month and events are taking place around the county to help raise much needed funds for Breakthrough Breast Cancer Wiltshire.

Tonight, from 7.15pm to 10pm, the event will be held at the Menzies Hotel, Fleming Way, a new venue which will also provide a separate quiet room for Therapist Treatments. All proceeds will go towards the Shirley Garman £1m goal as well as a £1,000 challenge for the late Sharon Blackmore-Henry, who lost her battle to Breast Cancer on August 15. Sharon was a great supporter of Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

To help achieve the £1,000 challenge, everyone is welcome to the event in memory of Sharon, whose name will then be put on the Challenger’s Wall at the Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Institute of Cancer Research in London.

The evening will include stalls selling all kinds of products including homemade sweets, Jamie At Home, Phoenix Cards, candles, glass and ceramics. Pampering sessions for nails, eyebrows, tarot cards, and henna tattoos will also take place.

Tickets are £6 on the door.
